When i first started playing I used to buy the low-cost social point items from the store
because that is a really easy and fast way to convert some social points into simoleans.
The only down side is that your house value goes down after you sell them, lol

One thing that you CAN sell without compromising your house value: Social Point Wallpapers/FLOORS :D
